Chrissie is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan, and loved Ann Arbor so much she just couldn’t leave. You will find her out and about in Ann Arbor with her partner Lauren and their dog Bea, enjoying the many restaurants and shops, volunteering at Ark concerts or at the Jim Toy Community Center, shopping at the Farmers Market, or most likely, digging or drilling something in her very favorite place, their west side back yard.

Chrissie has worked in real estate since 2011 and has enjoyed great success with some of the coolest clients in the area. She has found happy homes for many—teachers, musicians, scientists and so on. With a combination of excellent training, experienced mentors and quality education, she has amassed a substantial level of market knowledge.

Her genuine interest in the experience of homeownership manifests in excellent customer service because she understands how important it is for the buyer to find the right fit or the seller to get a great sales price.

Chrissie is passionate about real estate, and is happy to help with first-time or experienced buyers, residential listings, residential and commercial leases, and investment property.

Chrissie maintains a broker’s license for the State of Michigan as well as a certification from the Graduate Realtor® Institute. This means that she is committed to a continued education of the most current and critical tools, enabling her to offer the highest quality of service to her clients.

She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Ann Arbor Board of Realtors® as well as on the Multiple List System Committee.  “It’s important to be involved at the board level for many reasons, but most importantly, it provides me with a wealth of market information so I can better help my clients.”

Before becoming a Realtor®, Chrissie worked at the University of Michigan for nearly seven years, first with the Alumni Association and then within the Department of Athletics as the Assistant Coach for the U-M Women’s Varsity Golf Team.

HOW CHRISSIE GOT INTO REAL ESTATE
She was fascinated watching Linda Lombardini negotiate the buying process when Chrissie and her partner bought their home through Trillium.
