Kathy was incredible and made our first home buying experience more manageable. She knows the area well, which was helpful to us moving from out of state, and gave great recommendations on areas to start our search. She has a great sense of knowing what you need/are looking for before even you do.  After we found our home, she expertly lead us through the expected and adapted quickly to the unexpected. She went above and beyond to take care of our needs, especially when our closing date was pushed back several times pending inspections and was more than willing to pepper the builder/seller's realtor until we had the answers we needed. I hands down recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy a home in the Ann Arbor area but especially to first homeowners.
